Yn dilyn y pecyn mewngofnodi a gwybodaeth a gawsoch yn ddiweddar, hoffem eich atgoffa y bydd yr ysgol yn newid i ClassCharts o fis Ionawr ymlaen ar gyfer holl ohebiaeth yr ysgol yn lle’r gwasanaeth SMS (negeseuon testun) – Teachers2Parents.
Mae ap a gwefan ClassCharts yn caniatáu ichi weld cynnydd eich plentyn yn yr ysgol ac yn caniatáu i’r ysgol anfon dogfennau atoch ynghyd â negeseuon. Bob tro y byddwn yn anfon neges byddwch yn cael eich hysbysu trwy e-bost a hefyd yn derbyn hysbysiad trwy’r ap siartiau dosbarth.
Beth allwch chi ei wneud gyda ClassCharts?
- Gweld cynnydd eich plentyn ym mhob gwers bob dydd a’i agwedd at ddysgu
- Cael negeseuon a chyhoeddiadau ysgol gyfan e.e. nodiadau yn eich atgoffa am offer chwaraeon neu wybodaeth am gau’r ysgol oherwydd tywydd garw
- Gweld amserlen eich plentyn a’i bresenoldeb yn ei holl wersi.
Os nad ydych wedi derbyn y pecyn gwybodaeth, gallwch ofyn am un arall trwy llenwi y ffurflen isod ar y tudalen hon.
Gofynnwn i bob rhiant sicrhau eu bod yn gallu cyrchu siartiau dosbarth erbyn Ionawr 2022 i sicrhau eu bod yn gallu cadw mewn cysylltiad â’r ysgol a derbyn unrhyw negeseuon a chyhoeddiadau pwysig gan yr ysgol.

Dear Parents / Carers
Following the login and information pack you recently received, we would like to remind you that the school will be switching over to ClassCharts from January onwards for all school correspondence replacing the SMS (text messaging) service – Teachers2Parents.
The ClassCharts app and website allows you to see your child’s progress in school and allow the school to send documents to you along with messages. Every time we send a message you will be notified by email and receive a notification via the ClassCharts app.
What can you do with ClassCharts?
- See your child’s progress in every lesson each day and their attitude to learning”
- Get messages and school wide announcements e.g. reminders about sports equipment or school closure due to adverse weather conditions
- See your child’s timetable and their attendance in all their lessons.
If you have not received the information pack, you can request another by filling out the form on the bottom of this page.
We ask that all parents ensure they are able to access ClassCharts by January 2022 to ensure they are able to keep in contact with school and receive important messages and announcements from the school.

Mae siartiau dosbarth yn caniatáu i rieni, gwarcheidwaid a’r ysgol gyfathrebu gyda’i gilydd a rhannu gwybodaeth bwysig am blentyn.
Mae ar gael trwy wefan y siartiau dosbarth ac ar apiau iOS ac android.
Bydd yn caniatáu i ddisgybl a rhiant / gwarcheidwad weld y wybodaeth ganlynol;
- Presenoldeb
- Prydlondeb
- Agwedd at ddysgu ac ymddygiad
- Cyhoeddiadau a negeswyr allweddol o’r ysgol
- Amserlen pwnc
Classcharts allows parents, guardians and the school to communicate together and share important information about a child.
Its available via the classcharts website and on iOS and android apps.
It will allow a pupil and a parent/guardian to see the following information ;
- Attendance
- Punctuality
Attitude to learning and behaviour- Key announcements and messengers from the school

I gael mynediad at siartiau dosbarth bydd angen cod arbennig arnoch (un ar gyfer pob plentyn). Mae hwn wedi’i roi i’ch plentyn mewn llythyr. Os oes angen copi arall arnoch chi, cysylltwch â swyddfa’r ysgol; swyddfa@brohyddgen.powys.sch.uk neu ffoniwch 01654704200 a darperir un. Ar ôl i chi gael y cod hwn ar gyfer pob plentyn, gallwch gofrestru gan ddefnyddio siartiau dosbarth gan ddefnyddio’r mewngofnodi rhiant (chwith) a mewngofnodi yn y dyfodol gyda’ch cyfeiriad e-bost personol eich hun.
To access classcharts you will need a special code (one for each child). This has been given to your child in a letter. If you need another copy, please contact the school office; swyddfa@brohyddgen.Powys.sch.uk or phone 01654704200 and one will be provided. Once you have this code for each child, you can register using classcharts using the parent login (left) and login in future with your own personal email address.
